Presentation of musical portal Umbar
How to combine atmospheric music event and a great mission to deliver our fellow citizens from the musical ignorance? MOOW.life met guys who know the answer to this question. It happened on December the 20th at the bar "Pod Asphaltom Plyazh" where the opening of a music portal with the intriguing title «Umbar» took its place. The initiators and executors is a creative team led by Rostislav Dumich. Rostislav told us the prehistory of this event: "It was a party for the opening of our musical portal about modern Ukrainian music. We have been actively engaged in the popularization of modern Ukrainian music with Public called New Music UA in social networks. We have a lot of ideas that we want to implement in our portal. Now we have rebranding and today we are “Umbar”. On December the 20th our friends and young musicians that we are very impressed by were invited. We want to continue organizing different perform concerts and parties".
The following groups and performers were presented at the line-up: Anton Shitel (participant of the project Myopia and keyboardist of The Cancel), melancholic BLOOMS CORDA, hot Dima Kadnai and special guest - a group Brunettes Shoot Blondes.
Daniel Galyko from BLOOMS CORDA also shared his emotions and experiences: "The event was very warm and friendly due to the place ("Pod Asphaltom Plyazh") and the guys from Umbar. I call these guys desperate educators in our reality. This is truly a noble thing which they do out of the goodness of their hearts and I am very happy that now they have their portal. Umbar is a place where you drink music. I advise everyone to go out for a such drink! "
We were also happy to "have a drink" attending this event. Thanks to the organizers for this warm evening and noble doings which are destined to make the perception of musical space in times better.
